provide ipod versions of videos for download
videos online are great, but sometimes I like to watch sports videos in the bleachers, or out on the field (you know, like, playing goal defense against a weak team), or otherwise on my ipod - can we have ipod versions of videos for download?

info on strengthening rotator cuff muscles in fastpitch
provide video of exercises that will strengthen and increase endurance of the rotator cuff groups to protect the shoulders of fastpitchers. I would suggest contacting a physical therapist who specializes in sports medicine to provide accurate information.

the best way to soften up mesh is to cover it up with 2 and1
the best way to soften up mesh is to cover it up with 2 and 1 conditioner and put it in a bucket of hot water and do it before you go to bed and let it sit there the whole entire night. and you will have soft mesh.

Add hitting instruction for fastpitch softball.
The fastpitch pitching videos w/Rita Lyn Gilman are great! Similar hitting videos would be fantastic for the sport and its coaches.
